Just sharing my dinner party for one. My version of some of the items served in the First Class dining room.
The originals were roast duck with applesauce, and asparagus salad.
My version is seared duck breast, with a mushroom and Madeira demi-glacé sauce, asparagus tossed in yuzu. Served with a Bordeaux. My version of Edwardian dinner.
