After seeing all the crazy highlights, we finally cross paths in Bounty Hunt, and I'm super excited to see him in action. I'm pretty bad as a pilot, but I'm WAY more confident in a Scorch. At G27.9, I know his strengths and weaknesses, how to maximize the former and minimize the latter.

So I'm finding my way to the end of ItsEthereal's barrel (and his whole team) over and over again. Late in the game, it's $4800-$4700 in our favor, and we're both in our Scorches. I'm sure he's no slouch in a Scorch, but it's the first time in the match I at least feel evenly matched. We're in Angel City, the banks are open, and I have $300 pocketed. He's guarding the bank under the "Star" tower, so we start lighting each other up. I toss out a gas canister, and he flashes his flame shield to eat it before it lands. Dammit, only one left. I drop one at an angle near him, light it, and flame shield his face. He returns the favor.

He starts to back up, I pop my electric smoke to drop a screen so he can't see what I'm doing and then...FLAME CORE!
