Anyone else having service issues?

My local data center is the Tokyo one, and since that population is pretty sparse, I typically switch to the Oregon center and have no problems playing around 180ms. I've never had an issue with this until today. For some reason, I'm stuck at 300ms and I'm rubber-banding all over the place.
Does anyone else seem to be having higher than usual ping? I'm on the Xbox, by the way.
