Cold Dessert achievement, possibly broken?

I just played an entire match on Sand Trap, I used Stim the entire time. I didn't use any burn cards with ARP or ARP type abilities. Yet when the match completed I got the achievement for killing 10 enemies on sand trap with active radar pulse active. I did go 17 and something but I definitely wasn't using ARP when I did it.
Has this happened to anyone else?
