Should the Amped Hammond P2011 replace the original?

I've seen a lot of talk about this weapon and how it doesn't fill any real role that the B3 Wingman and .45 Autopistol don't already do a better job at. Because of this I haven't spent much time with it or saved any Amped burn cards, but I started using them randomly and realized that with 3 round burst the weapon becomes not only usable but highly capable. It's a lot like the B23R from black ops 2 (possibly my favorite sidearm ever BTW). So do you think a 3 round burst buff would give players more reason to use the Hammond P2011? I know I would.
