Weird kind of frame skip stutter in titanfall 2

so i bought tf 2 today from steam sale, but i seriously cant play it, at 1080p high or 720p lowest, it gives same weird frame skip stuttering, and it some times seem to fix itself auto and i can run the game at stable 60 at 1080p highest. But then after after few secs, the stutter is back, andits not micro stutters btw, its huge ones. Its super irritating pls help
