I know compounding pharmacies aren't perfect and concentrations can differ slightly, but just wanted to see if anyone has had similar experiences. I have 2 other family members that use this medication too and agreed the 2nd vial had stronger effects. Got 2 bottles from hallandale

Vial 1-not much appetite surpression, would still want to overeat and even want to order out with fast food. Family member compared it to injecting water.

Vial 2- no appetite, forcing self to eat. Had major side effects for the first time-crazy chills to the point im sleeping with 3 blankets and uncontrollably shivering, nausea, headache and almost went to ER cause of all that plus high hr and bp. Thankfully felt better the next day but still 0 appetite

Seems like vial 2 was definitely stronger so now im even debating lowering my dose, was really struggling for 2 days with those side effects
