I started on zepbound at the end of January. I switched to tirz in April, because the outages on zep were getting to be annoying. Total I've lost 52lbs. But I've noticed since starting tirz that the weight loss has slowed down. Wasn't really an issue at first. But now the weight loss has completely stopped. I haven't lost any weight in over 3 weeks. I moved up to 12.5 thinking maybe that would help and nothing. I started incorporating more exercise and went back to keeping an actual log of my calories. Still nothing. Any recommendations or suggestions to jump start the weight loss again?
