Hey Friends! I started Sema in November 2023 and lost 20 pounds. I had to stop in February 2024 because I had to get my gallbladder removed and had an emergency appendectomy. I then restarted in March and April. I had zero results. I noticed from my research that if you stop then start sema the second time doesn't seem to be effective. I stopped taking it because it was expensive.
I just purchased my first round of Tri through Emerge health. I have 40 more tptal pounds I want to lose and ideally another 20 before my vacation in July.
Has anyone been on both? Did you have better results with Sema or Tri? I'm worried that since it's still a GLP-1 it won't work effectively since I already stopped.
