I'm going to need tires for inspection, going to do all 4, does mile warranty say anything about the quality of the tire? I'm not sure what to look for.

I have a 2015 Toyota Corolla LE and it needs all 4 tires. Do tire warranties say anything about the quality? I was thinking that I might just be fine going for the most warranty miles for the cheapest price I can afford? Is that advisable?

I'm pretty sure I know where I want to go, https://www.alltiresdiscount.com/ is their website if you want to look at the site I'm using to price shop. They include mount and balance with purchase and it's close so I'm hoping to get the most out of what they have but I never heard of a lot of these brands. However I would really only know about the popular name brands and a few of their "generics".
