MB EQS Has Performance Tires

Very upset. I live in NYC area. In July, I leased a new MB EQS that was shipped from California and has Summer/Performance tires. I’m now left with no choice but to get 4 new all purpose/weather tires by mid-Nov before the weather changes.
What are my options for the Performance tires? Sell them on FB Marketplace? Keep them and swap them back on in the spring?
Appreciate all the guidance.
