Is this weathering acceptable?

Just noticed some cracks on my tires..
These are Hankook E rated all terrains, dated 2016.
They have spent their life outside, with 2 years mostly sitting in a parking lot.
They have 35k on them, but the tread depth seems almost new somehow.
In any case, are these done for or are these cracks normal "weather cracking"? I appreciate any advice!
