[TOMT] [Movie] 90s comedy about circus freaks. There was like a giant worm of some kind, a werewolf, etc and near the end they eat magical cookies/crackers that cure them from their monstruosity (except one that didn't eat)

I remember it as a dumb funny comedy, something Mel Brooks could have done (but I checked and not him), they are together trying to survive the harshness of being a freak, most likely in a circus of some kind
