Just as the title says. I believe it was some B movie 80s horror. I remember this scene I saw when I was a kid. All I remember, there was this woman, who I think was sitting (on a toilet)....she says sorry to a man (or like "forgive me"), and her head just falls off. I just can't find the name of this. Thank you.
