A childhood book from somewhere bt 2000-2004. Most likely purchased from scholastic book fair, but maybe not. It was a small how-to book of diy mini sculptures made of nuts bolts screws washers etc, basically a simple hardware art book. It had things like mini animals, and Alien keychains, all made out of a handful of "household" hardware products. The book would list how many of each item you'd need and how to build it. The idea was a parent would probably help.
