I am from the Philippines and I remember a memory from my childhood where me and my family just got home from a trip from the province. The time was 1-3 AM and I told my mother that I would watch TV. When I popped open our old black CRT TV and put the channel to Cartoon Network, I stumbled upon a cartoon where they are 2D characters, obviously. But something about it gave me a disturbing feel. As a child with a huge capability of overthinking, I find the characters oddly disturbing. Maybe a factor of it is the way they are animated. They have the old thick black outline of animation and early 2D animation of their body parts. (Kind of like the show Archer but less budget in animating). I remember one male character has a blonde hair. And the rest I vaguely remember now. The other character are what made it creepy, and their background is color blue but I really forgot most of the things there.

My mom told me to go to sleep after watching it, maybe I only watched 10-15 secs of it, but it was enough to put a dent on my memory of it be disturbing (for my age back then).More details about it is that the time span might be from 2007 - early 2009 (Edit: 2010) , It can no longer be above 2009 because I remember we switched to a new-ish gray CRT TV.

Edit: I cleaned the paragraphs; I talked to my mother about this memory, and apparently, we went to the province in 2010; We got a car in 2007, I remember the car in that memory, so the earliest might be 2007.
