[TOMT][Poem?] Anecdote from an Asian religion about a dreaming man who woke up but wondered whether he was still dreaming

Sorry about the vague title. In a college course about the major Asian religions we read an anecdote that I’m trying to find to show my daughter. It was about a man dreaming he was an animal. Upon waking up he wonders whether he’s a man who just woke up after dreaming he was the animal, or is he an animal who is asleep and dreaming he’s a man. I’d like to find the actual text, if anyone knows what I’m talking about. The course was an overview of the major Asian religions — can’t remember which one this text was part of (sorry, Professor Swearer).

Thanks for reading, and fingers crossed!
