I've been looking for this anime for years and I still can't find it. I watched it on Netflix around maybe 2012 - 2013. It was when other series like Sgt. Frog, D. Gray-Man, and Bubblegum Crisis were on the site.

What I can remember about the show itself is kinda vague. The main character was a teenager named "Dakota" who could transform into a blue robot looking thing. He was supposed to be apart of the "toy police" or something like that. I watched it with the English dub so I have no idea if any of that was in the original script. Please help me find this series.
