The only thing I remember is that the friend of the protagonist had a birth defect that grew a meat tail on the back. I remember him saying that medics couldn't remove it because it had an artery inside or something like that. Then at the end when he finally meets love he wages his tail. I think that was the last scene of the film or at least the last scene where we see that character
