I remember watching it quite a long time ago and never caught which zombie movie it was, but it was definitely made before the 1990s. I only remember one of the survivors had on a pair of red silk/satin pyjamas throughout the whole movie (I do not think he was a main character) until he was eventually turned into a zombie (still wearing those pyjamas).
I don't even know where to begin looking and it's such a strange detail that my mind chose to remember. I will appreciate any help or suggestions.
