I heard this song on the loudspeaker the other day at work so unfortunately I have no idea when it was originally recorded, but the style did not feel like something recent (as it I don't think it was the past decade). The singer had a female-sounding voice and it stood out to me because of one part that jumped keys in a really weird sounding way. I don't really remember the rest of the song sadly, but I recorded the tune of that part:
As far as lyrics, I don't really remember those much either, but I feel like it was something about "from the beginning" or "from the start". Sorry this is all so vague.
