I know the basic characters in this film are two children (boy and a girl), who are travelling over mountains together potentially to get to their dad(?). I believe there was magical elements also with some sort of malevolent witch. Sorry to be so vague... I can picture this movie in my mind but have blanked on the name for years!! I watched it as a child in the late 90s originally. Thanks in advance!
