I used to play a game as a kid (15-20ish years ago) on a PC that was a science/physics learning game. You had to solve problems that would let you upgrade the parts on your race car or bike (tires, bearings, etc.).
You would build your car or bike (I can't remember which it was now) and then race against the computer. If you had the right combination of parts, you would win. The graphics were pretty cartoony. I think that's all I remember.
