This is all I know; it’s from the chorus. The hummed part is lyrics that are sung by one or multiple people at once. My brain thinks the first part rhymes with “we’re all we need tonight” but I don’t know what the actual lyrics are and I have a history of grossly misremembering song lyrics anyway.

The whistling is some sort of clear-sounding instrument.

The song in my head definitely sounds like a 70s-80s-90s pop song with a pretty fast beat.

This has been stuck in my head for a while but I can’t find it because I don’t know the lyrics, nor do I have any ideas on which bands, etc. to check out.
