This is a weird one - I'm looking for the name of a personality trait (perhaps even a condition?) where the person who has it will talk to themselves often, usually imagining that they're being interviewed for a TV show or something. I think it's actually a lot broader than that, but that's the only specific example I can recall of this behaviour. There's a subreddit for people with it and I remember identifying with it quite a bit, but it was around a year ago and I can't for the life of me remember what it was called.
