I have looked at many places and could not find or even people mentioning this cartoon! I hope some one here could recognize this cartoon I am describing! So I do not remember the exact country it was produced, but it was a western(maybe German cartoon style?)kind style. The characters were on an island(or just a foest, I could not remember much of the details. But there were definitely forest and most of the scenes had a forest and a river to it). The important detail I remember is that the characters are all animals, and they all have just simple lines for their legs and arms. I do recall there was a cat that is always standing with 2 legs and offering ideas, and there was a dog or fox always standing with four limbs and often carry out the plans(this part I am not sure, I could not recall clearly). I remember I really love the art style and maybe the plot(I did not quite understand the whole thing tho). I would be grateful if some one can read and recognize this!

Edit: Sorry I did not mention the date. I was born 2000 and I saw this when I was around 10. Which should be around 2006-2010
