It's been a while since I read it, and I don't remember much of it. I remember that the main character is a guy that I think is forced to visit a certain town during the summer vacation? I seem to remember something about the beach. There was this mystery element about the residents of the town acting super strange whenever he asked where he could get a burger(or something to that extent involving burgers). It's from somewhere before 2013, and I'm pretty sure it's a single volume and not a series.
