I know it’s kinda vague but it’s a movie where it follows this chick and it starts when she goes to this party and that’s where the first like turn kinda thing happens. If I remember right the zombies are blind and go off of sound. At some point like her sister or something got it and she drugged the hell out of her and removed one but it only worked temporarily. In the end I remember like the government started like straight bombing the town? If you can get anything off of that Your a godsend

Edit I do remember one scene the chick is looking around her neighborhood and stumbles into a house that’s like a nest of them and there’s a bunch of the zombie like creatures with the worm like parasites there but since their blind they don’t see her till she makes a sound

Also I remember them burrowing into the back of the neck and needing to breath from there. The girl removes one by covering the hole for a few moments and then when they uncover it the thing comes up for air
