[TOMT][MOVIE][late 2000s-2010s] a man was being whipped hard about 21 lashes? I thought it was the actor Aidan Turner from the Hobbit but I don’t think it was.

So my dad was watching TV and turned to this channel that had this movie and I could only catch a glimpse of it. Pretty much the scene was a man who was getting whipped about 21 times and I don’t know the reason why. The actor might look like Aidan Turner’s character from the Hobbit or close to it. He might be the main character of the movie. He did have long hair and a beard. In the scene he was shirtless being whipped. The people that were whipping him looked very pale like so it leads me to believe this might be a vampire related movie but I might be wrong. It had a hobbit or van helsing feel to it, but it’s none of those movies I’m pretty sure. There was a girl watching through a window and she couldn’t stand watching it. I’m guessing she might have been the either the love interest or friend of his. The only leading evidence I have is a character by the name of coloman or colman from the captions. Coloman was telling his boss or whoever the guy in charge was, to stop whipping the guy. The boss then said He’s done he had 21 lashes or something like that. I tried looking that name up on google but no luck. If anyone can help, it is much appreciated.
