Around 2011/2012 I was browsing Netflix with a group of friends looking for a movie. This one caught my eye, and I watched the first 3 minutes maybe, then moved on. I've been thinking about that movie ever since. It opens up with scene of the planet, a la the blue marble. I think there was a light or something surrounding the planet. Maybe the planet was expanding. There was a male narrator's voiceover talking about how the planet was, or is in danger. Maybe something about lack of resources? I got the impression that the genre was sci-fi. The next scene after the introduction, is a young man walking on very high-up branches or pipes on stilts. Maybe they were insinuating that the surface of the planet was no longer inhabitable. He was wearing a pale color shirt, I think. The art style was tradition japanese animation (think Paprika). I came across the movie in the early 2010s, but I'm not sure of the release date.
