It's a small green alligator that walks on all fours and has its eyes on the sides of its head with vertical pupils. I think it has a lighter colored (green or yellow) belly and I think it blinks one eye at a time. It doesn't talk. The art style reminds me of Phineas and Ferb, but I don't feel like it is from P&F. I saw a car decal of a lineart of this alligator but I can't remember exactly what show it's from.
