I saw it a few years ago. It's made by a guy who didn't speak and let the subjects do all of the talking. I believe it starts with two brothers who are obsessed with emergency vehicles and just follows them around. It takes a dark turn towards the end. If you've seen it I'm sure you know what I'm talking about.
I know it was on YouTube.
I've been googling for a good while now and l can't find anything.
