The video was on YouTube. Originally I thought it was a Key and Peele video but could not find it under their videos where they impersonate Obama. The video is a Barack Obama impersonator singing/rapping some type of press release/address. It's done in front of a long hallway at a podium. He is the only person in the clip. I want to say it was about 9/11 and the war effort but I'm not entirely sure what the content was about.
