Trying to find the story/text for a short horror story (kind of cheesy, think RL Stein goosebumps type) about a werewolf. I remember basically the entire plot but haven't been able to find it online. Should be in an anthology/compilation with other stories.

Plot:

Man has lived his whole life without ever eating red meat. He says his mother told him this when he was young - that he "should never eat red meat". His wife really enjoys red meat but has refrained from cooking it ever since they got together because of this restriction. One day she decides she really misses it so looks up a recipe that lets her "hide" it in the dish so she can get her husband to eat it, and realize it's not so bad. Some kind of minced meat in the dish.

He gets home and is eating the food and loves it. Asks her what's in it, tastes special and she says Paprika. He starts shoveling it down and getting louder and more aggressive - growing hair on his body etc. She gets really scared and confesses to him it's got red meat. They look at each other in shock and there's a knock at the door. It's his mother - who disappeared when he was young. Turns out they're both werewolves and they run off together.

Sound familiar to anyone..? I remember it super clearly but still can't find it.

Thanks in advance!!
