I can't remember the name of the name of the track but I'm pretty sure it is from the soundtrack of TV show or movie. It's very 60s spy show, and has a jazz drum line and what I imagine to be trumpets in the lead line.
It has a jazz melody, quite similar to the Get Smart theme, but instead of having a smooth jazz rhythm, it has a more of an upbeat rhythm more like the Batman intro.
Not the best at transposing through text but the notes are:

F C B---- Bb Ab F
Hope this is enough for some genius to help me out.
Edit: When I hum this song, I feel like spy rolling on the floor and brandishing a finger gun to pretend I'm a spy. Hope this helps.
