I read it a while back but cannot find it. I don't remember of its creepy pasta or a no sleep or something else. The subject came up and I'd love to share it with my friend.
Basically it was an explanation as to why Goofy is a dog and can talk but Pluto cannot. That Mickey Mouse was evil and Pluto didn't want to be his friend so Mickey made him into a pet. Basically everyone submits to Mickey or he turns them into what they're supposed to be.
