This movie came out anywhere from 3 years ago to 15 years ago. I distinctly remember that the whole trailer was colored green for a scary aesthetic. There are some teenagers swimming at night in either scuba or snorkeling gear, and a scene of them on a dock. There was definately a photo of a group of scientists posing in the jaws of a megalodon or other large shark. Some details I remember with less clarity was like a secret lab or vault being either closed or opened. There might have been a scene with just a single fish swimming in the water by the dock... maybe.

So I saw the trailer for this movie as a older kid around 9-11 years old, maybe older. My parent were super religious and didn't even let me finish the trailer. Always wanted to see this movie or at least know what it is from. If you can help I really appreciate it!
