This was a movie my mom had on tv a few years back, but the styles looked fairly recent. The movie takes place at a call center in India, and there are two scenes I remember distinctly. First was a lady taking a call, and only her end of the conversation was shot but it was clear that the man on the other end was looking for a statue, I think an eagle statue, that was made in America instead of the one on whatever site the call center actually represented. She finds it for him, and it's like 10x more expensive than the one that they offer, and she asks if she can connect him to the people who are selling the made in America one. Theres a pause and then she asks if he'd like to pay for his order with their company with card or check, indicating that hes buying the made in China one with her.
The other scene I remember is not too long after that, and theres a white guy who I presumed is the owner or manager of the call center; and he's talking to a buddy of his saying that he's failed the employees because the center is having to close, and so they'll all have to go back to the rural lives that they'd come from. His buddy's response is along the lines of 'it doesn't matter anymore if this center closes, because now they have the skills to work at any call center, so they're all going to be fine' I vaguely remember this scene taking place at night, maybe at a party?
