I'm not 100% sure if I'm remembering a real thing or not (it's been a while since I've seen it if I have seen it), but here's the details that come to mind:
Road goes a bit downhill sort of forward and to the right, along the edge of the cliff - not much vegetation immediately along the roadside, definitely at least a small stretch of fence, maybe power lines?
City takes up most of the shot, it's night-time, multiple skyscrapers or at least something reasonably tall
Coast off to the right side of the city (same way the road is sloping down towards), though not 100% certain on that
