I can't identify a classical piece's name even though I know the whole music.

I can link two arrangements of it.

One is a Jazz version used as the background for this youtube video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xn_XpOYgUi8

The videogame Dennin Aleste credits all music to Katsumi Tanaka, but I could swear I've heard that piece elsewhere in its original form.

Yet humming it to midomi or using other sound recognition apps didn't yield any result. Anyone can help?
