[TOMT][Movie] Can't recall if it was a TV movie or actual, but it's about this kid growing up experimenting with sex and drugs. Pretty typical plot makes it hard to find.

So I saw this on TV like 20 years ago possibly more, but from what I recall it starts with him at about 12 (I think?) and he tricks a neighbor (boy, same age) into doing something they shouldn't under a blanket, their mom walks in and he convinces her they're just 'playing'. Really fucked up. Then I think he tried to get with his cousins (girls) but they had none of it.

Then when he's like 15 or so, and he's fucking this 20 y/o girl, goes to her fridge for beers, Her mom looks at the dad with concern and the dad says "what? Someone's gotta fuck 'er"... Nasty.

Then two other scene's I remember, first he was stealing 'windowpane' acid from his step dad, brought it to school, got in a fight with a bully who he later offered said acid to. He later took everything in his stepdad's stash and then they walked in on him 'performing a sexual act' with the vacuum cleaner.

And IIRC it ends up with him in college, and he's eating out a girl, narrating meanwhile in detail his enjoyment, then for some reason later on when they're talking she smashes a wine glass on his face and walks out.

I was in highschool when I saw it, and after typing it out some of those scenes I'm not sure I should watch it again but I need to know I did not imagine this movie.
