I'm trying find out the name of little toys that my younger sibling and I had. We both remember them clearly but CANNOT remember or find the name of the toys. It would have been from the late 90's-early 2000's...

It's not Meow-Chi/Poo-chi - they were much smaller and I'm pretty sure they only had front legs that moved up and down in front of the toy.

We each had a few different ones - there were dog ones and cat ones with different "fur" patterns (how they were painted, not actual fur) and they were about 3 inches tall or so.

You'd press the button on the top of their head to turn them on... their eyes would light up solid green and they'd start making noises whenever they first turned on that sounded kind of like "brupbrupbrup...brupbrupBRUP...brupburpBRUP...burpbrupbrUP." They'd zoom around on tiny little wheels underneath them (the tiny white wheels weren't visible unless you looked under them). They'd bark and meow respectively and make a few other little noises. When they shut down, they'd sing a little song that sounded like "brupBRUP-brupBRUP-BRUP-BRUP [meow/bark]."
