Basically a similar picture surfaced in another sub reddit, except i think this one is a satirical nod toward the one im looking for (http://i.imgur.com/8grKZTN.png link to the satire pic). Its a guy sitting on the toilet, the picture is taken from first person perspective looking down at his feet. He is showing the gun (i think) he is selling but also visible is a lovely big shit shit stain in his boxers.
