There was a short-film that went semi-viral back in late '12 - early '13. A guy wakes up in the middle of his apartment to start his day. The first thing he does is check his phone. Always checkin' for notifications through out the day from FB, texts, Instagram, etc. Eventually, a turn for the worse happens...
He wakes up the next day and the phone has become a part of him. Becoming embedded into the palm of his hand literally. I can't remember much else. I remember he goes to a cell phone shop to try and get it removed or somethin' but learns he has to live with it after seeing a surgeon. The surgeon was asian in the video too.
I just remember the phone being an iPhone for sure. Does this sound familiar to anyone? Also, I believe the original video was hosted on Vimeo.
