I feel like its from the 1950s or 1960s. The man is a writer for a male oriented magazine and is known for raunchy, sexist material. The woman is a feminist psychologist of sorts who I believe was saying women didn't need to get married. The man goes undercover as a patient of hers to get material to belittle her in the magazine he writes, but over time falls in love with her. His writing ends of up getting published and the woman goes to leave in embarrassment. The man chases after in a zany car chase scene and all is well.
If its of any help, the woman had a really sweet statue of an asian archer in her office.
