There was an old show that had to do with orphans or something that had been modified to have different abilities. The main guy could go super fast by biting some chip or something in his mouth. There was an old man who was just a regular scientist, and a baby that was super intelligent/had mind powers.
It was probably not nearly as good as I remember but I want to see if I can find it again to watch and see for myself.
