[TOMT][Video Game] A PSP adventure RPG game I played around 7 years ago

So the game was about a hero from some sort of Water village, had to go and defeat all the animal gods that represent each Element: Water, Fire, Air etc (I only remember a giant long leg turtle for Water where I had to hit its legs for it to tremble and a white Tiger maybe?). The hero can combine combos from each element and create unique fighting combos.
Oh and I kinda remember the appearance of the main hero: Black Hair, wearing a blue fighting robe: similar to the one Goku wears
