I saw a few minutes of play of a Wii game, and a cut scene. The visual were absolutely beautiful. There was a little girl traveling with a man who seemed to be some sort of trained fighter. They were attacked by a horde of creatures in the woods, and just as it looked like they were doomed wind started whipping around them and the creatures were driven back. The man was frightened and confused. The girl said something to the effect of, "Can't you see her? Mama's killing the bad monsters."

Someone asked the guy playing if it was a particular game (a one-word title I erroneously thought I'd remember) and he answered that it was a new version / volume / reinterpretation or such of that title and was only available on the Wii.

It looked like an interesting game; I'd like to learn more about it but my Google-fu has failed me. Hoping someone here can give me a title to start with.
