In which she has broken her neck (her fault, as I recall? She swerved after being hit by a bird, maybe?). She dies, and he continues to care for her body and act like she's alive.
I think I had seen him as a hillbilly in other movies. There is a significant plot point about his friend trying to break into his cabin to have sex with the corpse because she's the only woman around.
In the end not a horror movie, and actually surprisingly sweet and humanizing all around. On Netflix a couple or a few years ago. It was probably quite recent then. So maybe released between 2008-2011?
