I think one person was a prisoner or a soldier and he was getting punished. The punishment was that his feet would be crushed by the tank. They positioned it in such a way that the feet would be on the tanks wheels(? idk what the conveyor belt thing is called). The guy who was supposed to run him over was somehow kind. Wearing glasses I think. He only moved the tank a bit in order to just maybe injure the guys feet slightly. The guy who gave him the order got pissed and showed him how to properly do it and this time he ran over the guy(or maybe just crushed his feet).

That is the one detail I remember. Soldiers seem to be american.
